Evergreen Tea Syndicate

We are located at P-40, India Exchange Place, right on the first floor of the building. This part of the city is always buzzing with traders and has so many old buildings. Evergreen Tea Syndicate has been around this specific area for a long time. The faint smell of tea is usually in the air, though maybe that is just because we have been working with it for so long. Our office is an old-fashioned space with high ceilings and a lot of character. We spend a lot of our time looking at various samples and checking the different grades of tea that come in. It involves a lot of back and forth with the estates and the buyers. We do not have any fancy furniture or a modern lobby area. It is just desks, chairs, and lots of paper files everywhere. The tea business is quite traditional like that, and we like it. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work right, so we just take the stairs to the first floor. It’s usually faster anyway. India Exchange Place is a historic spot for commerce, and we fit right in with the other older firms nearby. We are not a huge corporation, just a syndicate of people who really know their tea. Most mornings start with a fresh brew while we talk about the auctions. It is steady, quiet work. We just keep the records straight and make sure the boxes move.
