Our office is at GE-112 on Rajdanga Main Road, right in the Ektp area. If you know the road, you know how loud it gets with all the buses and cars going by all day. Esvastica Technologies is tucked inside a building that has been here for a long time. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of computer fans and the clicking of keyboards. We have some old desks that have been moved around a dozen times to make more room for new equipment. We spend our days working on various technical projects and writing code. It is not as glamorous as people think it is. A lot of it is just staring at a screen and trying to find a mistake in a line of text that someone else wrote. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable since we aren't trying to impress anyone. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight for everyone in the office. Rajdanga Main Road is a busy place to be, and sometimes we just go for a walk during lunch to clear our heads. We don't really do big advertising campaigns or anything polished. We just do the work and hope that it is good enough for the people who hired us. It is a small operation and we like keeping it that way because it is easier to manage.
