We set up Esselzaaro Breavarages here in Madhyamgram a few years ago. It’s a busy area and we found a decent spot to get things going. Most days start pretty early because we have to manage the bottling and the stock. We aren’t some giant corporation, even if the name sounds a bit official. We are just a group of people trying to make a go of it in the beverage business. The weather here can be quite something, so that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late or there’s a power cut, but we manage. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory. It’s not always smooth sailing, but we figure it out as we go. We’ve had to learn a lot about how things work in this industry. Madhyamgram is a good place to be based because it’s connected well. We know most of the guys in the shops nearby. We don’t have a big office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical setup where we can actually do the work. We drink a lot of tea while we plan the next day's route. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. We don't really talk about vision or stuff like that, we just want to make sure the crates go out on time. It's about getting the job done.
