Our place is located in Duttapur village, which falls under the Tarakeswar police station in the Hooghly district. It’s a rural area, so we are surrounded by fields and quiet paths rather than busy city streets. We don't work out of a big industrial park; we are right in the heart of the village life. Our focus is on the weighing scales and equipment that local farmers and traders need to keep their businesses running smoothly. It’s a very modest setup here. We don't have air conditioning or fancy office chairs. We just have a solid roof over our heads and the right tools for the job. Most of us grew up in this area, so we talk to our customers like neighbors rather than clients. If someone has a problem with their machine, they usually find us near the post office area. We take a lot of pride in being able to repair things that might otherwise be thrown away. The workdays can be long, especially when there's a lot of equipment coming in at once, but we don't mind. It keeps us busy and connected to the people living in Duttapur and the villages nearby. We don't have a website or any glossy brochures. We just rely on our reputation and the simple sign on our door to let people know we are here and ready to work.
