Our place is down in Baghbazar at P-48 Kshirod Vidyavinod Avenue. We are located right near the G area, and it’s a spot that most people in this part of town know well. It’s a very traditional neighborhood with a lot of history. Our building is easy to find, and we have been helping people here with their health for quite a while. Inside, it’s usually quite busy with families coming in and out. We don't have those shiny, cold floors you see in big city hospitals; it feels more like a local spot. There’s often a bit of a queue at the front desk, and the staff is always moving around to help someone. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, even when it’s raining outside and the streets get a bit flooded. The air smells a bit like the river sometimes when the wind blows the right way. We focus on the everyday needs of the community. It’s not about being the biggest or the most modern; it’s just about being here when people need us. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing our neighbors get better makes it worth it. We are just glad to be a part of Baghbazar. Every afternoon we take a small break for tea before the evening rush starts all over again.
