Engram Studio Private Limited

Our studio, Engram Studio Private Limited, is located in the Unimark Grand building at 36 Ballygunge Park. We are in unit 8C1. Ballygunge Park is a pretty well-known part of the city, and the building itself is easy to spot. 8C1 is our little corner where we handle everything. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for our computers and the rest of the studio equipment. It doesn't have that cold, corporate feel you get in some big office towers. Instead, it feels a bit more personal. We have our desks set up near the windows for the light. Engram Studio Private Limited is just a group of us working away on our daily projects. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. We just show up and get into the work. The building can be quite busy with other tenants, but once we are inside 8C1, it’s mostly just us. We have a small area to sit and talk, and the rest is dedicated to the work. It’s a functional and honest setup. 36 Ballygunge Park is a good address to have, and it’s convenient for getting around the city. We don’t worry too much about being flashy. Our focus is just on the work we do at our desks every day. It’s a simple, real-world office for a local business that cares about its output. We usually have some music playing softly in the background to keep the mood right.
