We’re over at 1852 Madurdah in the Hossainpur area. It’s a busy part of the city with people always on the move. We do a mix of things here, mostly facility management and training people in horticulture. It’s a bit of an unusual combination for a business, but it seems to work out for us. The building is usually full of students or people coming in for different meetings throughout the day. We have some small garden space where the actual training happens. It’s not a fancy campus by any means, just a practical place to learn how to handle plants. We spend a lot of time organizing the classes and making sure the tools and equipment are working. Horticulture isn't something you can just learn from a textbook, so we try to get people outside as much as possible, even when it’s hot. The Madurdah neighborhood is a bit crowded, so we have to make the most of every square foot of space we have. It’s a lot of logistics, like managing the staff and keeping the schedules straight. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone doing sales. People usually hear about our training from someone else who took a course here last year. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the activity and the traffic outside. We just keep things moving along as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. That is all there is to it.
