E.Com Solution is our small setup at No. 31/1 on B.N. Boss Road. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few people who know their way around the work. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers, a few desks, and not much else. It gets the job done though. B.N. Boss Road can get quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a while now and have gotten used to the noise. It’s a very local feel. We don’t use any of those big corporate slogans or try to act like we’re a giant multinational. We’re just here to handle the day-to-day business. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in this area. We usually start early in the morning and stay until the work is finished. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to stay organized and keep track of everything coming in. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking on the phone. We don't have a marketing team or anything. Most people find out about us just by walking past 31/1. It’s a modest way to earn a living, and we’re quite alright with that. We just focus on what’s on our desks and getting through the pile.
