Dum Dum Eye Microsurgery Centre

Getting to our clinic is pretty easy if you take the Metro. We are located at 5/1/1c Kalicharan Seth Lane, which is very close to the station. Being near the Metro means we get people coming from quite far away, not just from the local Dum Dum area. The lane itself is a bit narrow, like most of the streets around here, but once you find the building it is simple. We have a small team working here. A few doctors, some nurses, and the people at the front desk keep things running. We focus mostly on eye surgeries. The atmosphere is usually quite busy from the moment we open. You will hear the sounds of the trains every now and then if it is quiet enough inside. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they trust told them to come here. We have been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us well. The waiting area can get a little cramped when several families show up at the same time, but we try to manage the flow. The walls are a plain color and we have some charts about eye health hanging up. It is a functional space. We are not trying to be a five-star hotel. We just want to make sure people get their eyes checked and their surgeries done right. Every day is a bit different.
