You can find the Dr. Nihar Munsi Eye Foundation right at 1/3 Dover Place. We are basically right beside the Pantaloons showroom in Ballygunge, which makes it pretty easy for people to give directions. If you know where the shops are, you know where we are. The building stays busy because of the location. Inside, we have our clinic setup for eye care. It’s not the newest building in the world, but it serves our purpose well enough. We’ve got the exam rooms and the waiting area where folks sit while they wait for their turn. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings, honestly. We do our best to get through the list of patients without rushing anyone too much. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the layout of the place like the back of our hands. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk. It’s just a medical foundation where we look at eyes. The floors are stone, and the walls have some old posters about eye health. It’s practical. People come in, get their eyes checked, and head back out to the busy streets of Ballygunge. We’re just here doing the work every day. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze coming through the hallway if the weather is right. It is a very normal place to be.
