Dotexp Llp is based at 41/1/1C Rai Charan Ghosh Lane in Kolkata. This is over in the 700039 area. It’s a typical city street with a lot going on. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have big glass windows or a fancy lobby with a guard. It’s just a door on a busy lane. Inside, we have our desks and our computers set up. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff piled up. We are just regular people working here. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, get some tea, and start working on our tasks. The noise from the lane comes in through the windows, but we don't mind it. It’s part of the atmosphere. We are close to the local markets, so there’s always something happening nearby. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a bit. We don't have any formal meetings in boardrooms. We just talk across the desks. It’s a very practical way to run things. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend most of our waking hours here. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. Rai Charan Ghosh Lane is our home base and we are happy with it. We just try to get the work done right and get home on time.
