Dominion Technologies & Consultants is located at Plot No. 155C on Kankulia Road. We are quite close to Golpark, which is a landmark most people in this part of Kolkata know well. The road we are on is a bit narrower and quieter than the main thoroughfares, which is nice when you are trying to get some thinking done. Our office is in a residential-looking building that has been converted for work use. It has a bit of that old South Kolkata charm, with heavy windows and thick walls. When the monsoon rains hit, you can hear it drumming on the roof, and everything outside turns a bright green. We do a lot of consulting and tech work here, but we aren't a big flashy firm. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around computers and discussing projects over cups of local tea. We have some mismatched furniture and a lot of wires running along the floor, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. Sometimes we walk down to the park during lunch just to get some air and see the crowds. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and houses, so it feels very grounded. We like the fact that we can do modern work in such a traditional setting. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby, but everyone around here knows where we are. We just focus on solving the problems our clients bring to us.
