If you are looking for us, we are right on Rash Behari Avenue inside the Citi Mart Building. You have to take the lift up to the 4th floor. It’s a busy part of the city, so traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the festive seasons. Being on the fourth floor keeps us away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. We’ve been at 169 for quite some time now. The building is easy to spot because of the shops downstairs. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It's just a hospital where we look at eyes and help people get their vision sorted out. The hallways are narrow, and sometimes the waiting area feels a bit tight when a lot of patients show up at once. We usually have the tea kettle going in the back for the staff. It’s a practical setup. Most of our regulars are from the surrounding neighborhood, but since we are on such a main road, we get walk-ins too. The elevator can be slow during lunch hours when everyone is moving around. We just do our daily tasks, file the paperwork, and see who comes through the door. It’s a straightforward place. No big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. Just desks, chairs, and the medical equipment we need to do the job right for the folks who come up to see us. It stays pretty busy here.
