The building is an older structure, but it has a lot of character. We use the space for everything we do. It is not a modern glass office. It is more of a traditional workshop feel. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. People shouting to their neighbors or the sound of a passing cycle rickshaw. We have a small team here. We mostly just keep our heads down and do the work. The walls are lined with boxes and various bits of equipment. It is not very organized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Kolkata weather can be quite damp, so we have to watch out for that. We have some old wooden furniture that has seen better days. It serves us well enough, though. We like being part of Baidik Para Lane. It has a community feel that you don't get in the big industrial parks.
