It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people don't usually get lost trying to find us. Our office is just a regular building in a busy part of town. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. You just come in and find us at our desks. We’ve been at this location for a while. Being across from the Income Tax Colony means there’s always a lot of activity nearby. We aren't a massive software firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here at Descon Soft Ltd. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do the coding or whatever else is needed, and that’s about it. Some days are busier than others. We don't really do the whole polished business look. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunch. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend a lot on advertising. Most of our work comes from people we already know. We like being in this part of Kolkata. It’s easy to get to and has everything we need. We just keep things moving along and do our best every day. That is all there is to it.
