Den Fitness

Den Fitness is located over at Cf 144 in Salt Lake City. It’s a quiet enough corner of Sector 1, right near the local swimming pool. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It isn't a massive space, but we squeezed in enough gear for most routines. People usually find us when they’re walking back from the pool or live in the nearby houses. The lighting isn't always the brightest, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We don't really do the whole high-end health club vibe. It's more of a place where you just show up, do your reps, and head home. The weights aren't always put back where they belong, which can be a bit annoying, but the regulars are generally a good group. We keep the doors open through the day. Sometimes it’s quiet enough that you have the whole place to yourself. Other times, like after 6 PM, it gets a bit loud with everyone talking and the machines clanking. It’s just a neighborhood gym, nothing more than that. We don't have fancy juices or towels provided at the door. You bring your own water and get to work. It works for the folks around here who just want a place that's close to home and does the job without any drama. It’s a simple setup for simple goals.
