D S Infotech is based in Kolkata, inside Saraswati Palace on Maharaja Nanda Kumar Road South. It’s a bit of an older building, but it works for us. We spend our days working on computers and technical problems. It’s mostly a lot of screen time and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. The office isn't very large, and it's often filled with the sound of fans and keyboards clicking. We aren't some big tech giant with a cafeteria and bean bags. We just have regular desks and chairs and a lot of wires running everywhere. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the city. We’ve been in this part of South Kolkata for some time now. People from the nearby streets often come by when their devices act up or when they need some help with software. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, you just talk to whoever is free at the moment. We try to explain things in plain English without using too many confusing tech words. It’s a small, honest business. We just want to help people get back to their work. We stay pretty busy, but we always have time for a quick chat with anyone who drops in. That is just how we like to run things here.
