We are based at 1132 Alok Kabita Lane, which is in Ward No. 12 in the Padmapukur area of Baruipur. It’s a bit outside the main rush of Kolkata, and we like the relative quiet of the 700144 area. Cybergenesys Solutions Private Limited is a small outfit. We didn't set out to be a giant firm. We just wanted a place where we could use our skills to help people with their tech needs. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s got everything we need to work, but nothing that’s just for show. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of technical problems. Some are easy, some take a lot of head-scratching. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just explain what we’re doing in plain English. We like being in Baruipur. It’s got a good community feel. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the lane a bit messy, but we still make it into work. We aren't a high-pressure environment. We work at a steady pace and make sure we don’t rush things just to get them done. We care about the quality of the work we put out, even if we are just a small team in a quiet lane. It’s a humble way to run a tech company, and we’re happy with how things are going. We keep a stash of biscuits for when things get stressful.
