Cyber Solution

Our shop is located at 135 B R B Basu Road, though everyone around here still calls it Canning Street. It’s a very busy and crowded part of the city, with tons of traders and shops everywhere you look. We are right in the thick of it. The shop itself is pretty narrow and filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of computer parts, cables, and accessories. We have to be careful where we step because there is usually a motherboard or a printer waiting to be fixed on the floor. We’ve been in this spot for many years and have seen the market change quite a bit. It’s always noisy outside with the honking of horns and people shouting, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We don't have any fancy systems or a polished look. It’s just a simple repair shop. We spend most of our time at the back bench with our soldering irons and screwdrivers. We don't really do any marketing or have a big sign out front. People just know we are here. It’s just me and a colleague, and we mostly just work through the day with a few breaks for tea. We aren't trying to build an empire; we just want to fix computers and make sure our customers can get back to their work. If you’re on Canning Street, you’ll find us easily enough.
