Cuisine D'Amis Llp

So, we are Cuisine D'Amis Llp. We set things up over here in the Sahyatri Co-operative Housing Society, right in the Eastern Greens project area in Newtown. It is a busy spot, really. We spend most of our mornings just getting everything ready for the day. Living and working out of Plot CE 1 C 158 feels a bit different than a big corporate office, but that is how we like it. Most people around here just know us as the local kitchen. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a mess, but we still show up anyway. It’s mostly just a handful of us trying to keep things moving. We do not have any big fancy speeches about what we do. It’s just food. We handle the cooking and the cleanup ourselves. Some days are louder than others when the deliveries come in. You know how it is in Newtown, things are always growing and changing. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors seem used to our presence. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of napkins at the worst time, but we manage to get through it. We just wanted a place where we could cook and not have to deal with too much fuss or corporate nonsense. That is pretty much the whole story of our little setup here. Nothing more to it, really. Just regular people working and hoping the food turns out alright every single morning.
