Running a place like this means we see all kinds of people coming through the door. Some days are very quiet and we just spend the time checking the fridge or looking at the inventory. Other times, the noise from the street is so loud you can’t hear yourself think. We aren’t a big corporate chain. It’s just us trying to run a simple restobar. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the kitchen is ready for whatever comes next. The address in Deshbandhu Nagar is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes get lost when they try to find us the first time. It happens a lot. We just tell them to look for the building number. We have been doing this for a while now. It is a lot of long hours, especially on the weekends. We don't have a fancy story about why we started this business. We just wanted to do something local. The staff are mostly from around here. We know the guys at the local shops and the ones who bring our supplies. It is a very basic setup without any polish. We just keep the doors open and do what we have to do to stay busy. Baguiati is a crowded place, but we like it here.
