Craftcoders Innovation Private Limited is located in Moudanga village, near Parulia in the Kalna area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we like the peace and quiet of Bankura. We operate out of a space care of Daliya Paul. It’s not your typical high-tech office with glass walls. It’s more of a local setup where we work on coding and new ideas. We started this because we wanted to show that you don’t have to be in a big city to do innovative work. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing on our computers all day. We just explain that we are building things, just with code instead of bricks. It’s a simple life. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at logic problems. We aren't polished professionals in suits; we are just regular folks who happen to be good with software. The village setting keeps us grounded. We don't have fancy mission statements or corporate goals that nobody understands. Our goal is just to do good work and maybe make things a little easier for the people who use what we build. It’s hard work and the pay isn't always predictable, but it beats commuting for hours. We are proud to be a small part of the community here in West Bengal.
