Corpotech Dotcom Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 8 Khetra Das Lane, on the ground floor. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone kind of knows each other, and we’ve been part of that for a while. Our office is a simple one, mostly filled with computers and the usual things you’d expect in a tech workplace. We don’t spend much on advertising because most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here. We aren't a high-pressure environment. We show up, have some tea, and then start going through the tickets and requests that came in overnight. It’s honest work, and we try to do it right the first time. Sometimes we run into a problem that takes all day to solve, but we don’t mind the challenge. The ground floor location is handy for deliveries and for when customers want to drop something off. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We like keeping things informal because it makes the day go by faster. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy the technical side of things and like being in this part of Kolkata. There’s a lot of history in these lanes, and we’re glad to have our little spot here. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to be helpful whenever someone asks for a hand.
