If you are around Malakpet, you probably know the Sri Krupa Market area. Computer Point is located right there in the Varun Motors Building. It is a busy spot with lots of traffic and people moving about at all hours. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time now. Most people come to us when their laptops act up or they need some specific part for their PC. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a room filled with screens, cables, and tools scattered around. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with open computers on the desks, but that’s just how we work. Dealing with tech can be a real headache, so we try to keep things simple for everyone. We see a lot of students and office workers from around the Malakpet neighborhood. Being near Varun Motors makes it easy for folks to explain where we are to their friends. It gets noisy outside with the market nearby, but inside we’re just focusing on the repairs and technical tasks. We don't spend much on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people through the door. If a part is out of stock, we tell you straight. No point in making promises we can't keep.
