We are located at No. 1 Lal Bazaar Street, which is a very old and busy part of the city. The building has that classic look you find in central Kolkata, with high ceilings and thick walls. Inside, we have our setup for dealing with computer solutions. It’s usually a bit of a mess with cables, monitors, and various hardware parts scattered around. We don't have a showroom with glass cases or anything like that. People come to us when they have a problem with their tech, and we do our best to figure it out right there on the counter. The street outside is always full of people, cars, and the sounds of horns. We get a lot of light from the big windows, but they also let in the city noise. We’ve got a few old fans spinning on the ceiling to keep things cool. Most of our day is spent looking at circuit boards or trying to fix a printer that’s jammed. We have a small corner where we keep some spare parts that we've collected over the years. It’s not a corporate environment at all; we just wear our regular clothes and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes we have to send someone out to get a specific part from a nearby shop. It’s a busy life here on Lal Bazaar Street, and we’ve become a part of the daily routine for many businesses nearby that need their computers kept in working order without any fuss.
