Comptech Informatic Private Limited is located on the first floor at 16, India Exchange Place. This part of Kolkata, with the 700001 pincode, is always buzzing with activity. Being on the first floor is a bit of a blessing because you don't have to wait for the old elevators that seem to break down every other week. The building itself has that old West Bengal charm, which basically means it's got thick walls and a lot of character, but also some leaky pipes here and there. Inside our office, it’s mostly just rows of equipment and some stacks of paper that we really should get around to filing one of these days. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we open the windows and just listen to the horns honking down on the street. It’s a very Kolkata experience. We don’t have any slick marketing team or a polished corporate image to maintain. We are just Comptech Informatic, and we’ve been at this India Exchange Place address long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea. It’s a simple operation run by people who actually live here and work hard.
