Our office, Comm It Erp Services Pvt Ltd, is located at 23A 2B Dpp Road in Naktala, Kolkata. If you know the Naktala area, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the small roads, but we like it here. It’s a peaceful part of the city. We mostly deal with ERP systems, which basically means we help businesses keep track of their data and numbers. It sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. We have a small office space that’s filled with computers and a few whiteboards where we scribble down notes. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we can sit and focus on our work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people who come here are clients who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do much marketing or try to sell ourselves. We just do the work and let the results speak. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It’s a simple setup. We’re just a bunch of people who know a lot about software systems trying to earn a living in Kolkata. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes. We try to be helpful whenever someone calls with a problem. That's about all there is to it.
