Our setup is tucked away at 331 Jodhpur Park in Kolkata, postcode 700068. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main hubs, which we actually prefer for getting things done. Jodhpur Park has a certain feel to it, and being based here makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a giant glass tower downtown. We’ve got our desks set up and we spend most of our time working through various tech requirements. It’s a practical workspace, nothing too flashy or over the top. We’ve had to reorganize the furniture a few times to make everything fit just right, but we’re settled in now. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, if someone comes by, they just knock and one of us lets them in. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for the bigger company from here. It involves a lot of patience and long hours looking at code or spreadsheets. We try to keep the coffee pot full because that’s what really keeps the place running. It’s just a group of us working hard in a nice part of Kolkata, making sure the daily tasks don’t pile up too high. We aren't big on meetings, we just like to get the work finished so we can go home.
