It’s a quiet spot, which is great for coding and solving technical problems without too many distractions. The office is basically a couple of rooms filled with monitors and keyboards. We spend a lot of time sitting down, so we try to get up and walk around Taltala during our breaks. The atmosphere here is very relaxed. We don't have strict rules about every little thing. As long as the work for our clients is finished on time, everyone is happy. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road to Saiyadbali a bit messy, but we still make it in. We’ve grown a bit since we first started, but we still feel like a small local team. There is always a pot of tea going, and we usually share stories while we wait for code to compile. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the Manik Chandra Mondal building. It's a humble setup, but it’s ours.
