Our shop is located at 13A 27 in Shiva Apartment on Ariff Road. We are right by Mochi Bazar here in Kolkata 64. It is a lively area, and there is always something going on outside our door. We have been operating from this apartment for a good amount of time. It is not a standard retail storefront with bright lights. Instead, it is a practical place where we get down to the business of fixing computers. We handle a lot of different brands and models. The humidity in Kolkata can be pretty rough on electronics, so we deal with a lot of corrosion and overheating issues. Our workspace is usually covered in tools and small screws. We do not put on any airs about what we do. We are just technicians who enjoy solving puzzles. If your computer is making a weird noise or will not boot, we are the ones to talk to. We like being part of the Mochi Bazar community. It feels like a real neighborhood where people help each other out. We try to be as quick as we can with repairs because we know people need their devices back for school or work. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. It is a simple life and a simple business, and that suits us just fine. You can hear the sounds of the bazar while we work, which makes the day go by fast.
