Cisbay India Private Limited is based right here in the heart of Kolkata at 2B, Grant Lane. If you come by, you’ll need to head up to the third floor and look for Room No. 304. Grant Lane is one of those old-school Kolkata streets that feels like it’s been there forever. It’s a bit narrow and always crowded with people and deliveries. Our building is the same way—lots of history and a bit of wear and tear. Inside Room 304, it’s a bit quieter than the street outside. We have our setup there with all our equipment. It’s not a huge room, but it fits us just fine. We’ve been in this West Bengal location for a while now. The 700012 area is very central, so it’s easy for us to get around, even if the traffic is sometimes standing still. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just a door with a number on it. We spend our days here focusing on the work at hand. Sometimes we order food from the local places nearby because there are so many good spots to choose from. It’s a very human way to work, I think. We aren’t some big faceless company. We’re just a few people in a small office on the third floor, trying to do a good job and keep things moving along for ourselves.
