Our place is over at 1 Chandra Pathak Lane, right on the first floor. It’s labeled as LP-58/1/1 if you’re trying to find us on a map, though the lanes around here can get a bit confusing for folks who aren't from the neighborhood. Chef'S Care Food Products Private Limited is basically what it sounds like. We make stuff for kitchens and people who take their cooking seriously. It’s a small space, so we have to be pretty careful about where we put everything. The stairs are a bit steep, and moving supplies up and down can be a real workout, especially when it’s hot out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us in our aprons, making sure the batches are right and the packaging is sealed up properly. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up and reorganize the shelves. Other days, it feels like we can't keep up with the work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the products we put out are something we’d be okay using in our own homes. It’s simple work, really, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night. The bills get paid and we keep the machines running smoothly.
