Cheffs Corner Llp

We are based out of Flat No. 4B in the Club Residenza building. It’s over in Narayan Pur. Shamba Dutta is the one who really got this started. It’s not a commercial storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a home-base for our operations at Cheffs Corner. We spend a lot of time planning menus and figuring out the food stuff from this flat. It’s a regular residential area, so it’s pretty peaceful compared to the main roads. Sometimes we have meetings around the kitchen table. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way for now. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who care about good food. Most of our work involves coordinating different parts of the business. Narayan Pur is a growing area, and being in Club Residenza makes it easy for us to stay connected. There’s always a laptop open and some papers scattered about. We aren't some big corporate kitchen. It’s just us trying to make things happen. The flat is usually full of the smell of whatever we’re testing that day. We don't do much marketing, mostly just word of mouth and local connections. If you’re looking for 4B, it’s on the fourth floor. It’s just a normal apartment where we happen to run our business. We take things as they come and try to keep it simple.
