Cesc Ltd has this spot at 623/1 A Diamond Harbour Road. If you know Kolkata, you know this road stays busy pretty much all the time. It’s loud, there’s traffic, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We’ve grown used to the noise over the years. Our office here is practical. We don’t have expensive furniture or any of those modern office gimmicks. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Being in the 700034 area means we are right in the thick of things. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and keep at it. The people working here have been part of the team for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the work is done right. People stop by frequently because we’re easy to find on such a major road. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or talking to whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We appreciate the local shops nearby where we grab our snacks and tea. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in West Bengal. We show up every morning, do what is expected, and go home when the sun sets.
