Cesc Ltd

You can find us over at 171/5, Rai Bahadur Road in Kolkata. It is a different part of the city, but it has that same busy energy you expect from the 700034 area. Cesc Ltd is what the sign says, though it is a bit faded now. This office is where we handle a lot of the local things that come up. It is a plain building, nothing that would catch your eye if you were just driving past. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks and a lot of ledgers. We do not go in for all the fancy tech upgrades unless we absolutely have to. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It makes the day go by faster when you are working with friends. The tea breaks are the highlight of the afternoon. We usually stand out by the entrance for a few minutes to get some air. Rai Bahadur Road can get really jammed with traffic during rush hour, so many of us stay late just to avoid the worst of it. It is not a glamorous life, but it is a good one. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. It is a straightforward way to run a business day to day.
