Cesc Ltd

Cesc Ltd has been operating out of this spot at 13/10, C. N. Roy Road for quite a while now. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and this neighborhood is no different. There is always the sound of yellow taxis honking or people walking by on the sidewalk. Our building is one of those older structures you see a lot in West Bengal. It has high ceilings and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool, even when the sun is beating down outside. The office inside is pretty basic. We have some old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. It isn't the kind of place where you will find modern art on the walls or a coffee machine in every corner. We mostly just drink chai from the vendor down the street. Working here means being part of the local rhythm. We see the same people every morning on our way in. Sometimes the rains in Kolkata make it hard to get to the office, as the street can get a bit flooded, but we manage. We are not a huge operation with thousands of employees at this specific branch. It is just a handful of us managing the paperwork and the local requirements. It is a steady job and we have gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the way the door sticks in the monsoon. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
