We are located in Madhyamgram, specifically in the Shree Nagar area near the athletic club. Call4Assist Info Solution is basically a small group of us working out of this space. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here, but once you find the club, you're pretty much there. Our office isn't anything like those big tech hubs. It’s more of a functional space where we handle information tasks and support. We have a few rows of desks and plenty of cables running everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we get along fine. Being near the athletic grounds means we sometimes hear the kids playing or people practicing sports while we work. It’s a nice change from just hearing city traffic. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to solve problems for people who call in. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions about what we do. We just do the work. It’s a local business, run by local people who live nearby. We like being in Madhyamgram because it’s a good community and it’s easy for us to get to. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure we stay on top of the help requests that come through. It's a steady life and we like it that way. We've got a few potted plants by the window that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be surviving anyway.
