Cairdeas Technology Private Limited

We started Cairdeas Technology Private Limited out of our space in Vill Amsha. It's not a big fancy office building, just a quiet spot near Kashmul where we can get our work done without the city noise. Most of us grew up around here or nearby in Howrah. We handle different kinds of tech tasks for people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we make it work. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at desks with our laptops. We didn't want to move all the way into the middle of Kolkata because it's too crowded and expensive. Working from a village has its own rhythm. People sometimes stop by to ask what we're actually doing behind the screens. We explain it the best we can. It’s just computers and code mostly. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any fancy suits or morning meetings that go on for hours. We just show up, see what needs fixing or building, and get to it. Some days are busier than others. If a project is due, we might stay late and watch the sun go down over the fields. It’s a good way to live and work. We've been here for a bit now and the locals know us. We just wanted a place to do tech work that felt right to us. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we ended up in this part of West Bengal.
