We're up on the 6th floor of house number 86 on Golaghata Road. Flat 6/A is where you’ll find the Blue Code team. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the road below. The elevator works most of the time, which is good because those stairs are a lot for anyone. We do IT work here. It’s mostly coding and looking at bugs until our eyes hurt. The space is filled with cables and dual monitor setups. We aren't big on decorations, so it’s pretty much just desks and chairs. It gets a bit warm in the summer but the fans help. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. Golaghata is a busy place, but once you get up to the sixth floor, it’s quiet enough to actually think. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do our own cleaning usually. It’s just how we run things. Sometimes we order food from the place around the corner when we have a late night. The window has a slight rattle when the wind picks up. We have a whiteboard that's mostly covered in scribbles that nobody can read anymore. It's a functional space for a small crew. We just want to get the code right.
