You can find us at Shree Krishna Square on Grant Lane, which is right in the heart of Kolkata. Being on the second floor in Unit 2G makes things a bit interesting when we have to move supplies in and out. Grant Lane is a narrow, busy street so we have to time everything perfectly with the porters and the traffic. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. The air in the office and the production area usually smells a bit like yeast. We spend a lot of our time looking at paperwork or checking on the batches we have running. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us are in old clothes because you're likely to get something spilled on you by noon. We deal with the heat and the noise of the city just like everyone else around here.
