Bcube Technologies Private Limited is basically a group of us who know our way around computers. The office is right in the middle of a residential area, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We don't have any of those glass walls or modern art you see in big tech firms. Instead, we have desks, chairs, and a lot of wires everywhere. Most days are pretty routine. We get in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in West Bengal, so we just take a break and wait it out. It’s not a flashy life, but we enjoy the puzzles that come with tech work. We usually eat lunch together, talking about things other than work just to clear our heads. The address at Shyamasree Pally is where we spend most of our waking hours. We try to be helpful and get the tasks finished on time. It’s a small-scale business, and we prefer it that way because we can actually talk to each other without having to go through five managers. Just a local tech shop doing our thing in our own way.
