We are located out in Purandarpur, in the Baruipur area. Kanji Surgical Pvt. Ltd. has its main operations here, away from the heavy traffic of the city center. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it gives us more room to handle our surgical equipment. The surroundings are a bit more open, with more trees and less noise than you’d find downtown. Our facility is a practical one. We have big tables for sorting through the surgical tools and storage areas for the boxed goods. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Most of the people working here live nearby in Baruipur, so we are a local crew. We wear comfortable clothes because the work involves moving things around a lot. It can get pretty humid in the warehouse during the summer months, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just make sure the surgical supplies are clean, packed right, and ready to go out to the hospitals. People sometimes stop by to pick up orders directly, and we just hand them over across the main counter. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like the quiet atmosphere of Purandarpur. Sometimes we even hear the birds outside when the machines aren't running, which is a nice change from the city noise.
