Bardroy Infotech (P) Ltd. is located at Plot No 10/4-E on Elgin Road. It’s an older part of the area but we like it here. We do a lot of computer work and tech stuff, mostly for other businesses nearby. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and plenty of cables everywhere. We’ve got a small team that handles the daily tech problems that pop up. Some days are quiet, and other days it feels like every computer in the city has stopped working at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phone and try to help. Elgin Road can be a bit tricky for parking, so we usually tell people to come by early or late. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen technology change so much. We try to keep up, but we don't pretend to know everything. If we don't know the answer, we usually find someone who does. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes, especially when dealing with old servers, but it’s what we do. We just keep the coffee pot going and work through the tasks. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve got some good regulars who trust us. Being on Elgin Road means there’s always something happening outside. We've got a window that looks out onto the street and it's good for people-watching when we take a break.
