It is a pretty old building but it has a lot of character. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to step out for a quick breath of air. The office is just a few rooms where we sit and figure out marketing plans. We called it 1 On 1 because we like to talk to people directly rather than just sending out mass messages. It feels more personal that way. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people; we are just a small crew that works well together. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or looking at data on our screens. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or designer furniture. Our desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak sometimes, but they work fine. We grew up around here so we know the Kolkata market pretty well. We don't use any confusing jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just work hard and try to stay organized. It’s a honest living and we are glad to be doing it from our little spot on Chakraberia Road. We are just local people.
