Balacon Estate Private Limited

Balacon Estate is based out of a flat on Muraripukur Road. Specifically, we're at number 33/6/2, in Flat No. 20. It’s a typical Kolkata residential area that also has a lot of small businesses tucked into the older buildings. Being on Muraripukur Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the neighbors always coming and going, but it feels like a real community to us. We handle estate matters and various business things from this office. It’s a modest space with a couple of computers and some filing cabinets that are probably getting too full. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. If you come by to see us, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s paper and files everywhere. We’ve lived and worked in Kolkata long enough to know how to navigate the local way of doing things. It’s a private limited company, but we don't act corporate or use fancy titles. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the jobs done. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving, at least. We’re just regular people running a business from a flat, trying to make things work year after year. It's not always easy, but we just keep at it.
