Bagaria Food Llp is based right on Cossipore Road, specifically at Gr Fr 12B. Being on the ground floor makes things a lot easier for us when we have to move supplies in and out. The road outside is almost always busy with trucks and rickshaws, so there is a lot of noise throughout the day. You get used to the sound of the traffic after a while. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We have been working from this spot for some time now. The building is older, but it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the street. We usually have the front shutters halfway up to let some air in. Inside, it's mostly storage racks and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. We don't spend much money on decorations or anything like that because we are mostly focused on the food side of things. Most of the staff takes the bus or walks here from the nearby neighborhoods. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we usually go for a break around noon. It is a very practical way to run a business. We just try to keep our head down and get the work done without making too much of a fuss. The floor is concrete and we sweep it every single morning before the first delivery arrives. We keep our inventory stacked neatly against the side walls to make room for the workers.
