Our business is located in the Bastala area on Agore Saran Road. It is over in Rajpur, which is part of the south 24 Parganas district. We share the space through Kena Ram Mondal. It is a busy enough neighborhood with people coming and going, but our office stays fairly tucked away from the main noise of the street. We provide IT solutions, which sounds like a lot, but mostly it is just us fixing computer problems and helping people out with their technical needs. The office itself is not very large. We have our servers and our workstations all squeezed into the space we have available. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work somehow. There is a lot of paperwork lying around sometimes, as we try to keep track of all the different jobs we are doing for people. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team to promote us. Most people find out about our services because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the Rajpur area. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep us going. The commute here can be a bit slow if you are coming all the way from the city, but we like being based in this part of town. It feels like a real community here. We just try to be helpful and get the work finished.
