Our workplace is at MNAV-23 in the Bengal Ambuja area, right in the City Centre of Durgapur. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always something happening outside. Durgapur is an industrial town, and you can feel that energy even in the office. We do tech work, mostly focused on solutions for different clients. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the team and our gear. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, which is nice when you’ve been looking at a monitor for six hours straight. We aren't some high-end firm from a movie; we’re just regular people working in tech. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times it’s dead quiet while everyone is typing away. We keep things simple here. There aren't any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have our desks and a small kitchen area. Being in Bengal Ambuja means we can walk to get lunch or run errands quickly. The people working here have been around for a while, so we’ve got a good flow going. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We’d rather just get the tasks finished so we can start on the next one. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us in Durgapur. Most days are busy, but we try to keep it relaxed enough to get by.
