We are located over on Millroad in Falakata. It’s a small town in the Jalpaiguri district. Being a private limited company out here is a bit different than being in a big city. We handle technology stuff, mostly things people in the local area need help with. The building is old but it stays cool in the heat. There are trees around and the air is much better than in the bigger towns. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with our uploads. Our neighbors are mostly shops and some houses. People stop by just to say hello or ask about their devices. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Falakata is a nice place to be, even if it feels far from everything else. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up around this part of West Bengal. It is nice working somewhere where you know the faces passing by the window. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we clean it every morning. We have been on Millroad for a while now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It’s a steady pace of life. We do the work, fix what is broken, and try to keep things running for everyone. It works for us and the local community.
