We are located at 75/2 Ananda Palit Road in the Entally area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few tables set up for our work and some shelves for parts. We deal with various kinds of technology, mostly helping people get their devices working again. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. We’ve been in Entally for quite a while now. The street can be quite narrow, so parking is usually a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. Most people just walk over. We know a lot of the neighbors. They come in for advice or when they need a specific component. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. We just explain what needs to be done. The building we are in is nothing special, just a regular brick structure. Inside, it's usually quiet until we start testing some equipment. We work long hours sometimes if a job is particularly stubborn. We don't have a big corporate logo or matching uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work.
